I installed 10.11 on a new partition on my rMBP and my second drive on my Mini Server - the System has changed significantly. The only recent Wacom drivers that managed to bridge an OS was from Leopard to Snow Leopard - Apple's indication that 10.11 is an "optimization" does not represent the massive change in the underpinnings of the OS, and I can't compare the Leopard/Snow Leopard optimization to what we're seeing here in 10.11. I'll be honest in that Apple's changing how drivers interact with the OS from 10.7-10.8, then 10.8-10.9>10.10 and now 10.11 I can't blame any developer for waiting until the final version comes out.
